2024 HBCU Academic Scholarship

 

My name is Olivia DuBois and I am on Splunk’s Global Emerging Talent team. I’m reaching out because we recently announced our 2024 HBCU Academic Scholarship is open for student applications! This year, our scholarship will offer a $10,000 academic scholarship for up to fifteen (15) students who are pursuing a technology-related degree. I’d love to connect with you or a school faculty member that is involved with scholarships to share this with students.  About the Splunk HBCU Academic Scholarship The Splunk HBCU Academic Scholarship aims to help empower students to continue excelling in their academics, celebrate their contributions made to their communities, and champion their passion for technology. Splunk will award 15 students each with a one-time$10,000 scholarship award intended for use towards academic expenses. Any student attending an accredited HBCU is welcome and encouraged to apply.  Splunk remains committed to awarding outstanding students for either their: Academic excellence and aspirations Ability to be innovative through the use of technology Or a unique leadership role in their personal, professional, or academic life Faculty members and students can learn more about the scholarship here. The Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship-for-Service Program, funded by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), is a combined educational and workforce development opportunity for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) students.

The Ronald V. Dellums Memorial SMART Scholarship (Dellums SMART Scholarship) expands the SMART Scholarship opportunity to rising freshmen who plan to pursue a bachelor's degree in one of the 24 SMART STEM disciplines. 

High school seniors are eligible to apply.
